The founder of MH-GTR is Manuel Holestein. The company name comes from a self-built sports car which Manuel, as a 20-year-old, built in the early -90s.
Manuel is a trained tool maker.
1990-1993
Apprenticeship at Stanes special machinery.

1993-1996
Employed by Wiba AB.
Tasks:
Design and manufacturing of injection molding tools.
1996-2000
Employed by SAAB Training Systems AB.
Tasks:
Start up a plastic department, design and manufacturing of injection molding tools and prototypes.
2001-2004
Employed by Xperientia SAAB AB.
Tasks:
Design, engineering, product development, prototyping, and manufacturing of injection molding tools.
2001-
In parallel with regular employment, started the firm MH-GTR as a hobby.
2005-2006
MH-GTR is run full time at the Science Park premises in Jönköping.
2006-
The company is converted to MH-GTR AB [limited company] and moved to new premises on Ljungarum's industrial area.
2007
MH-GTR AB is awarded "Entrepreneur of the Year".
